There are many opportunities at St Wilfrid’s for us to follow Jesus’ example of prayer:
The church is open for prayer and quiet reflection every day during daylight hours.
Prayer is an essential part of our services on Sunday and Thursday.
We pray for each other and for those who have especially asked for our prayers through our Prayer Chain and at the close of our services.
Connect Groups give further opportunity for prayer – do get in touch if you would like to know more about joining a group.
We have a Day of Prayer on the first Wednesday of each month – with ideas for prayer available, a change of the Prayer Table, a Walk of Prayer and an hour in church 7.30-8.30pm to pray and sing together
