St Wilfrid’s church leaders have starting working with Rev’d Nick Ralph and his team from Portsmouth Diocese to help us better understand our wonderful community of Cowplain.

Nick and his college Leigh Rampton have reviewed the profile and changes that are impacting Cowplain. Did you know that we are getting younger as more families with young children are moving into the area? Have you noticed the number of bungalows that are being extended upwards and outwards to accommodate growing families?

Nick and Leigh have written a report that we think is the starting point for St Wilfrid’s to prayerfully consider how we engage with and show Jesus to our community. There’s much work to be done – and certainly challenges ahead.

Please read this report! I hope you will be inspired and join us in praying that God will transform Cowplain as we seek to see Jesus at its centre.
