St Wilfrid's Men's Group

We are a friendly, outward-looking group with members aged from early 30s to early 80s. Some come from local churches as well as all congregations at St. Wilfrid's. Often with wives or partners we meet at least monthly, sometimes over a sumptuous breakfast at the church, lunch, dinner or just fish and chips.

Twice a year parties go to the Chichester Festival Theatre, also to Southwick Park for skittles. Each summer we visit a rural church for Compline (a simple end-of-day service). We support an annual charity and help keep church grounds tidy.

Come and join us!

St Wilfrid's Men's Fellaship

‘Fellaship’ organises inclusive, affordable and predominantly social events (e.g. Bowling, Brewery Tours, Curry Evenings, BBQs, Day Trips to France, Historic Place Visits, Pitch & Putt Golf, etc.) to appeal to those on the fringes or outside of any formal church group or meeting.

Our events are mainly for men but some are organised as ‘joint’, with wives/partners attending. Depending on the event and venue, attendance can be from a handful up to 20+.

Each year we donate any surplus funds and donations arising throughout the year to our supported charity which is decided during our annual planning meeting.
